Consultation & Site Visit

For new clients—whether for a home or business—we begin with an initial site visit to assess the space. During this meeting, we discuss key factors such as size, location (sun, shade, or partial shade), and your design goals.

Together, we’ll explore the overall look you’d like to achieve, ensuring that the design complements your home or business aesthetic and creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Design Plan

Following the site visit, a concept plan will be developed for client approval and cost estimation. This concept may include a Photoshop mock-up, a hand-drawn sketch, or a detailed planting scheme.

For seasonal container designs, a planting plan will be created in collaboration with the client to ensure a cohesive design throughout the year.

Planting

Once the design is approved and a date is scheduled, we will bring all necessary plants and materials for installation. The service includes clean-up, initial watering, and care instructions, which can be easily accessed on our Plant Care tab.

Seasonal maintenance services are also available for planter arrangements to ensure they remain vibrant and healthy throughout the season.
